What is your return and exchange policy?

If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns or exchanges on regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition, include all original packaging, and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Please note that all sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to the personalized nature of custom-designed jewelry, special orders, engraved pieces, and resized items, these items may also be ineligible for return or exchange.
